I'm wide awake don't feel tiyerd but need to go to bed but I know as soon as I get into bed I will be awake for hours does any body have any advice or things I can do to help me sleep a lot better at night ๐Ÿ˜•

I feel exactly the same! I just had a major panic before bed about a slight infection I might have in my face and I just cried for ages and now I just feel like I can't sleep!

Let's try to get some hours together! The main thing is to remember that it doesn't matter if you don't sleep. Yes you will be tired tomorrow but you will sleep tomorrow evening and worse case scenario is that you end up having to be off tomorrow.

Think about something really nice - lie back - breath deeply in and out for a while and then you will relax so feel more sleepy.

Yes I try and breath and it never seems to work I was up at 2am with my daughter I'm suprised I wasent in bed ealyer I had a bath and now I'm wide awake and some nights I'll be awake till gone 12 and some night I'll go to bed and fall strait to sleep:/

Try taking zzzquil it's non-habit forming and really helps me
