health anxiety

i had really bad health anxiety in 2013 and now its coming back:(( its mainly towards my heart and i feel like it would stop any minute

I've had numerous blood tests , heart monitors and an ECG and doctors say that i have a strong healthy heart and i shouldn't worry about anything for my age (17)

im scared that since anxiety makes my heart go fast , it would enlarge it or i would have some other heart related disease

its basically stopping me from doing things since it would raise it
