All the time and so easily even when iv only been sitting down for a few minutes . All shaky and twitches hands. Also my left tricep feels warm. I work out everyday and feel great aprt from this and my vision
Can afford to see a neurologist . Anyone know if it's related to anxiety ?
Pins and needles are Deffo related to anxiety...try not to worry too much..hope this helps.
