Anyone else get cold hands during anxiety attack ?

Am I the only one who's hands or feet get really cold during an anxiety / panic attack ? It doesn't really freak me out anymore but I'm just curious if I'm the only one

No your not the only one,I have had cold hands,legs etc,it is perfectly normal to have these symptoms,your body diverts blood to the muscles as it gets ready to either fight or run from the attack(fight or flight),its a built in safety mechanism that your body has,we all have it,its just very hard for some to just turn it off.
