Does this ever happen to you ?

So I have asthma and I had a little trouble with this weather since it's really cold here (Texas) & I took my breathing machine which is kinda like a respiratory stimulant.

Waited almost 3 hours and took my other inhaler which is kinda a mild stimulant.

I've been there done that with this feeling before so half of me is like feeling anxiety and the other half is just like "chill brah you're fine you're just a little stimulated from your asthma medications"

Do you ever just get anxiety symptoms but you know it's anxiety so you just fight against it ? Telling your body to calm down instead of letting it completely take over
