Sheesh !

Its 5 am on the dot right now . I really cant sleep right now . I took a nap about 4pm to 5pm... Im not a nap taker , but right now im tired but cant seem to sleep , im not even ovrr thinking or anything but my chest is bothering me .... Can't explain the feeling tho ... Everytime i feel it its like right when im dozing off , then i get a quick panic ..... Idk idk

Thinking is bad for your health and even worse for sleeping. Meditation, mindfulness, progressive muscular relaxation. Headspace. All may help you.
