Tight throat and chest through anxiety

Suffering really bad tonight with tight chest nd tight throat. I keep burping a lot too and don't know why. Does anyone else get that with anxiety?

It feels like air is getting stuck nd that makes ya panic even more. Do u take any medication for anxiety?

Medication, meditation, breathing and acceptance. All easy to write, hard to do.

I get the stomachache and the burping. It's partially physical and magnified by anxiety

Yes. I feel better when I lay down. Anxiety sucks, but through breathing excercises and meditation can keep it at bay. Try Headspace.
