tight stomach

Does anyone else feel like the mucles in there stomach are always tight...could that be aniexty...it started out with a sore left rib thats gone..its like i feel hungry but dont wanna eat..

I feel that right now your not alone... Yes I'm freaking out but it's because I have emetophobia. You should be fine though I get this all the time. It probably doesn't help that you haven't eatin. I'm just not hungry I haven't eatin or drank anything all day.

Well I had a salmon sandwich and acouple pickles and some milk so i feel abit better plus i took one of my pills for aniexty called oxyzepam

Yes. Tight stomach, knot in stomach, tense stomach, butterflies in stomach, full stomach, heavy stomach, loud stomach. Stress can cause all of them.
