Lately my anxiety has been the worst, iv recently found that my dreams are so vivid, strange and scary, only saturday nite my husband found me hiding, curled in the faetal position in a corner of our bedroom, iv read up and it says im overwhelmed with anxiety, has anyone else ever suffered this cause its scaring me to think its affecting me this way 😞
