My new symptom help!?

Okay guys so this morning when I woke up I noticed my heart beat was going a little fast than usual but when I got up out of bed my heart started beating fine again. So basically it was like pumping fast and then after it was pumping normal.. what is this guys and have you ever had this?

Well it sounds like you are experiencing heart palpitations. And that doesn't mean there is something wrong with your heart. There can be many causes to them. Anxiety, stress, hormones etc. I get them. Sometimes at random, and they even wake me up in the middle of the night at times. They are definitely scary and can often lead to an anxiety attack. Because we get scared, over think, worry, hyperventilate and so forth. It is often a common symptom related to panic, and anxiety as many experience them. So you're definitely not alone. Before I knew what was going on I had complete freak outs. Now I try breathing techniques. You can try it if you'd like: breathe with your belly, 4 secs in through your nose. Hold for 3. And a slow release through slightly pursed lips for 7 secs. Or you can try just repeating that you're going to have an anxiety attack over and over so that the scary thoughts have less and less power to them. And if you are really concerned always check with your Doctor to make sure you're alright. Good luck! And remember you are never alone!
