So im going to my 1st psychiatrist appointment in an hr. Im a little anxious about it but have to have faith i will find relief. Its a long road to recovery. Im just questioning this choice and hoping im making the right choice. I've tried a lot of different things to cope and manage but I've realized its just not enough. So hoping for a good outcome at my appointment. Much love

Thank you. It went well i told her everything. She was very helpful and perscribed some meds. Hopefully i will get some relief
