Okay so every time I eat small amounts of food I always feel extremely bloated after! Like double in size it's unreal! Last night I ate a plate of Indian rice and chicken then I felt bloated after which the next day wasn't too bad but I did notice I was still feeling bloated... But I also suffer with bad panic attacks and anxiety! Recently I been getting new symptoms.. such as feeling like am going to faint and collapse to the ground, and also feeling like I can't breathe! Not been to the doctors or anything yet. Just wanted to share this with you guys.
