Need help please

I have been having bad anxiety. I just came back from my psychiatrist and I was a mess and he did nothing but refill my meds. He didn't even care that I was a mess crying. I can't calm down. Please somebody help.

The psychologists are for the talking, the psychiatrist mostly just hands out meds. He could have been nicer though, geez. I hope you've managed to calm down a bit by now.

Thanks. I'm afraid of the anxiety and thoughts. I'm always thinking about my condition. I need someone to help me. I've been like this for four years.

Did they recommend a counselor for you to talk to?

I wish I can help, I'm the same way. Sometimes a long sincere hug helps. If you have someone close to you that wouldn't mind it, give it a try. Good luck and best wishes
