Randilynn, Oh I know that feeling way too well. I was diagnosed with that 3 years ago, but it will get better.
Hello
I am a few years older than you but going through the menopause which I have found has heightened any anxiety I had as well as feeling everything that can physically go wrong keeps doing so
I also get Vertigo , started with that years ago and yes it can make you feel sick and when you have been laid down all night it can feel worse when getting up but go to the Doctors and let them check your ears you could have an ear infection or I have just found I have catarrh which I never thought you got in your ear but apparently you do , but try not to worry as it is awful to cope with but not life threatening but see what your Doctor says and let us know
Take Care x
Thank you
I had my ears checked last year so I know it's not that. I went through all kinds of tests last year. I've had anxiety disorder since I was 19 but last year things got really bad with panic and such. The vertigo is what bothers me.. it's so bizarre that I can get it while sleeping and it wakes me up which then immediately goes into anxiety and then a panic attack. It's nice to kniw that these things I'm dealing with I have ppl to chat with. It helps tremendously.
Thank you
Hello
Even if you had your ears tested or looked at last year I would still go and get them checked again , I have been having lots of problems with mine and sometimes they have said they are fine and within a few months something can be seen , also I do understand that Vertigo can wake you up and I understand also how this triggers panic , so I would ask if they could refer me maybe to ENT or what they could do to help with this , let them know the Vertigo is genuine , so hard to live with and is adding to your anxiety , I do hope you get this sorted , it may not take away all your anxiety but if you did get something to help with the Vertigo it certainly would help x
Thank you so much
Ah, yes. The dizzy (or any symptom) trigger is awful. Breath through it and tell yourself that it is anxiety and then tell it go go away. Get up and move if you can.
