Is there anyone who always feel their own heart beats every second? It's really annoyed me although my heart beat is not too fast all the time. I am always aware my own heart beat 😔 Is it normal or something wrong?

Yes a lot of the time I feel it beating. Anxiety can do strange things to you. And make you very senesitive to everything going on in your body. My suggestion is maybe trying to retrain your brain when you start to feel your heartbeat try thinking of something else or distracting your self and breathing. The more you think of it the more you're gonna be aware of it.

Yes I have this problem as well. It's my new "heartbeat" as I like to call it. I've been dealing with this problem for one month but others have had it for years. My psychiatrist prescribed me propranolol and my cardio prescribed me metropolol. I haven taken either as I'm going to try taking magnesium first and clean diet for a couple months. If that doesn't work then I'll try either the propranolol or metro. My biggest anxiety trigger is my heart so I know how it feels to hear your heart pounding every second everyday.
