Does anyone feel their heart beat in their head?

Yes in my ears sometimes, I don’t worry bout it, cause we have anxiety we notice it, otherwise we wouldn’t notice it.

True. I always jump to the worst possible scenario. I hardly slept last night due to constant pain in my hips and knee. Depression and anxiety have been awful lately. Can’t tolerate meds so I just have to deal with it.

Yes. Mine i felt it in my leg, arm, ear head and diferrent parts of my body it feels strange. Ur not alone

I just can’t get moving. My leg hurts so bad that I sit all day. Now my stamina is shot. How do I get my strength back.
