Derealization help!

Hey all I'm new here joined cause I got terrible anxiety after my son passed away. Its gotten so bad that I now suffer from continuous derealization and depersonalization. Anyone suffer from this also? Any advice? Thanks!

It's hardly surprising your not well after such an awful bereavement, so sorry about your loss, have you seen your doctor? are you on medication?

I have anxiety since I was 18 years old. I'm 40 today. I was even better when I lost my sister to a cruel death. A monster killed her. After that, my anxiety disorder has gotten worse. I can not forget what happened with my sister. she is such a wonderful mother and sister and this happened to her.

I'm sorry for your lost I feel the same after my step dad died from cancer. Are you feeling any better yet? Anytime I feel ok I feel sad for being ok to be living x my advice is to talk to us on here and be kind to yourself I couldn't imagine what you are going through
