I just had a sharp pain shoot right through the left side of my chest and breast! 😨 it was so sharp I had to get up! I'm so scared what could this be my anxiety is thru the roof right now scared to lie back down

If it was a sharp shooting pain which lasted a couple of secoonds then it has nothing to do with your heart. It most probably was musculo-skeletal.

Shooting pains like that are common for me. I freak out too! I have to get up and exercise to prove to myself I am OK. That helps me. Also, I know from an earlier post you were tested for vitamin D and your results showed you were low. Did you treat your vitamin D deficiency?
