Lightheaded

Hi I've had anxiety for a year now I've had heart pulpitations etc ,, but the worse by far is a constant lightheaded ness then thinking I'm gonna die !! I don't understand why this happens can anyone enlighten me ? It can happen at any time even if I feel not anxious x

Hi. First post here. I've had the same thing for years. Sometimes it worse than others. I recently had some type of anxiety/panic attack relapse after years without a full blown panic attack. I would suggest getting checked out by a cardiologist to rule anything out that can be fixed with a simple heart medication.

I'm having the lightheadedness for no apparent reason symptom - it makes you worry and then it's there all the more.

Odd how it goes away when I'm distracted by something, though... 🙄 Anxiety can kiss my arse.
