For most of us there's not a right moment to start taking your life back, you have to get out there and just start doing no matter how hard it is. I spent several months stuck in my house working out to get in shape because I was afraid to go for a walk or jog. Finally one day I was in my living room doing jumping jacks and just said "this is so dumb....I wanna go for a walk I can't just keep exercising in my living room." so I threw on my hoodie and headed out. I picked a route that had corner stores on the way so I could take a break when felt the tingling coming on. It wasn't easy, I didn't enjoy it but I made it. Its been 3 weeks and I jog every night and will do so until real winter hits but I had to get it in before it was too cold. I was determined to make winter be the reason I didn't jog not anxiety. I wasn't ready to go out there, most people like me will never be "ready" you have to force the issue and suffer abit otherwise you'll stay in the living room. I got a long way to go but the foundation is laid. I will get better even if it kills me.(it won't but that's the mentality needed)
