I have a lot of tension in my neck with stiffness. I do not feel pain. The discomfort It's a lot I get annoyed with that craks and noise inside my neck and . Today I did xray. I'm very worried cuz the radiologist has not told me anything. Just said that you will send the result to my doctor. I'm very worry have to wait until Monday. All exams I did alread this the first one I'm very worry. Sorry for wrote to much. Thanks

Hi Biakey, Try not to worry. I hold all my tension in my neck as well. It is stiff and makes those crick crack sounds. Like you I do not have pain just stiffness. Use some heat on the back of your neck. Try watching your posture so your neck is in straight alignment with your body. Do not look down or up for a long period of time. It just adds more strain to your already tight muscles. Let us know what the doctor says on Monday. Good Luck. Relax

We nervous folk tend to tense up causing discomfort. I have learned to try to be aware of it and I stop myself and relax those muscles (im doing it now). The radiologist will never tell you anything but if they were able to see some emergency believe you me someone would contact you before Monday. Once I took my daughter for an x-ray at the lab and they said nothing except "are you okay honey?". The dr called my cell phone within 10 minutes to say she had pneumonia. In these cases no news is good news.

Radiologists never give results, love, the doctors have to. So the fact that the radiologist said that is not something worrisome.

I went to my doct today I got all my exames resoult Im A start with a little of arthritis but does not need medicine. Just Exercise and eat healthy.
