Anyone describe panic attacks

Kristin21, it might not be a good idea to hear other people's symptoms. It might just make you pick up a few more things to worry about that you didn't have.
There are many symptoms of panic attacks unfortunately they are all vert unpleasant. For me the worse was feeling scared like something bad was gonna happen. Would you like to share your symptoms with us?
When I have a panic attack, I feel real nervous, and sweaty, I breathe feel fast, I feel like I am about to faint, I feel dizzy.
Kristin21 , my panic attack symptoms are always an increase in my heart rate, which make me feel like I cannot breathe or take in a satisfying breath. And then my heart rate jumps up even higher because I panic even more, and I will start to really struggle to breathe, my fingers and lips will get very tingly, and I will occasionally get dizzy and have chest pain from it. It is such a terrible and frightening experience. And all the advice I read to take slow deep breathes does not help me at all, especially when in the throws of a full blown panic attack. I feel your pain.
