light-headed?

Plz help don't know if its me getting light-headed or something else now a days walking or laying down in bed it feels like am falling or going to fall its a little hard to example hope it makes sense

Hi glitterangel03, it almost sounds like a medication side effect that you are dealing with. I think I understand what you are feeling which can be one of the symptoms of anxiety but it would probably be best to see your doctor to make sure there are no physical issues causing this. My best.

Iam not taking no tablets this is scary its a falling sensation that I have some times walking some times in my bed
