During the morning My heart rate is 70 high 60a but by 4 pm it's 90s then goes down before bed normally. Now I have no anxiety right now as we speak. Should I worry? Does the pulse vary this much during the day? Just checking, doctor from the Philippines always chucks it up to "anxiety" and I don't have anxiety right now.

my heart rate is about anything from 60to 90 that is quite normal sometimes over 100,dont have too much caffine in drinks as this will put up your heart rate eating big meals also will do the same,as will booze, follow this advice and you will feel a lot better, if you are still worried see your GP for a mild Beta Blocker, say propranolol, good luck, just dont worry.
