Thanks a bunch for the video man, it's a great feeling to not feel alone. I too have heart related anxiety, I'm currently wearing a 30 day heart monitor because my heart flutters and it freaks me out because it happens when I'm working out. I'm 21, male, and my pulse is sometimes ridiculously elevated as well. When i'm relaxed though it's like 50, so even if it goes up to 70 i start getting anxious. once again, thanks for the vids man!
