Panic attacks and Citalipram

Hi I'm new on here so would really like to know if others suffer the same as me.

Feeling hot light headed ,sick and shaky, Dr thinks its panic attacks ( This is new to me) as I don't know what is the cause. To cut a long story short he's started me on Citalipram 10mg, and I have to go see him again in two weeks. It comes without warning and I feel so sick and shakey and light headed. Do anyof you out there have the same? and how do you control it?
