Having a bad day and yoga breathing and trying to visualise a better life is drawing a blank as soon as I open my eyes. Feel like the old movies where the damsel is strapped to a train line and the train is coming. Help?

Hi there, what works for me is distraction!!! Keeping busy so my mind can't dwell on things!! Setting daily tasks!! Not necessarily big things, just doing things that I need to catch up on Perhaps walking too!! That is also good for me. If you haven't tried it then it may be helpful to you.
