I completely understand. Last weekend I had to stand up in a wedding. I knew it would be a long day and for months I was stressing out about not feeling well that day. I woke up Sunday morning feeling like total crap. Didn't sleep well, anxious, stomach ache, you name it. But as the day went on it got better. I was distracted and just knew I had to get through it. Everything ended up fine and I even had a good time. Point of my story - you'll be ok!
