been struggling for over 6 weeks now, worse in the past 3 weeks to a point I haven't left the house, but I don't cry as much anymore, and today I went for a walk, although it felt horrible I pushed myself to do the full walk and it felt great. I feel reality is so close.

Hi getreal2000

I'm so pleased to hear your story of progress, well done, you've pushed through regardless of unpleasant feelings and thats fantastic, keep it up and take your time, baby steps are better than no steps, let us know how you get on, :-) xxx

Keep up your walls they are a great healer The nice thing about walking is you are under no pressure if you want to go back you can

Just being out seeing nature is so uplifting

All the best 😊
