Hello I was just wondering if anyone else thinks the same as me, I have always been an anxious person but recently I have been diagnosed with IBS-D. In the past I have always been nervous an had a nervous stomach an phobia of needing to go in public, do you think my anxiety has made me have IBS? Thanks

Well certainly both conditions are associated, but please try not to worry about this as that will aggravate things

Hello Goldfish_ its the hardest part because my anxiety has become even worse because I am constantly worrying about not knowing when it will flare up. I have a job induction on Monday Tuesday Wednesday I am so scared in case it flares up and they regret hiring me.

Only your doctor would know if anxiety can cause it, but it does make you sick to your stomach. Prayers all gets better

Thank you Lynl it's really hard lately, just hope I can hold my new job down
