Cant cope with fears and symptoms

Hi am struggling a bite with my fears as a dont think a can cope anymore but a need to for my kids just think my body is giving up trying to fight as my fear is that am going to die all the time a whant to get back to my old self again miss that in sead off geting scared to get up next day and do it all again so hard

I totally understand. If I can just let go of those fears I can probably improve with my anxiety

Yeh same just horrible that need to go throutgt the same next day
