Im up already and feeling very nervous today as always. I don't wanna do anything because of the pains I get in my body and the feeling of just being out of place with myself. Its like I don't know where to turn anymore

I no the feeling rissa every morning I feel horrible pains in me head within 5 mins of being up anxious strait away too
