Hello, hello, hello. I’m currently on my way to the doctors office and I am feeling the nerves awaken. My heart hurts and my arms are a bit tingly... But I’m trying to stay calm. Does anybody burp a lot when they’re nervous? Lol talk to me, I don’t wanna have a full blown attack.

Breathe breathe deep breaths from your diaphragm...yes burps are normal because when we are anxious we tend to hold our breath more which produces burps. Just breathe deeply...

Ty. I try deep breathing and I freak out because I feel like it’s gonna make me pass out. But I will try again. 😊

You won't pass out. Breathing will help with your anxiety. Nothing bad will happen.

Concentrate...deep breaths..from the gut..several..close your eyes..until your breathing is restored normally. Nothing bad will happen..you won't pass out..you won't die..you'll feel better.
Please try some meditation..check YouTube out for lots of great meditations.
