Well

Hi Sodown, it must be a normal response to the vestibular problem to get high anxiety. Has your doctor given you some medication to help with the vertigo? I had severe vertigo for a week and couldn't get out of bed for the nausea and room spinning. I was given anti sickness tablets. You are in the right place here for advice and finding you are not alone. everyone here is lovely.
Yes they don't help. My vertigo has gone think I have bppv now as I'm always of balance and so sick feel week etc a don't do anything but lay down its my comfort I'm scared to fall etc anxiety is sky high
Its hard to deal with. I had the same diagnosis. after the week of room spinning vertigo it became BPPV. I had to go to a balance centre at the hospital. My anxiety disorder began with BPPV. Take things easy and do what you can each day.
I think I've developed it tbh. Did you feel weak and tired also as well as dizzy and of balance? She's feeling weird x
Also I'm jumping a lot constant always feeling not and feels as though things are moving at times but aint. Wow it's a killer
And I'm agoraphobia also 😥
And 3 days prior to my vertigo attack I had a panic attack out the blue. I've had 5 vertigo attacks in my life but been ok a few days after them. Doc come to see me about this one give me proclopzine which are bad bad bad. And she said both my ears are impacted with wax so couldn't in x
