Hi, I have had a horrible night with Panic attacks, depression and crying. I have been nauseous for hours and have a headache behind my eye. Its almost 4 am and i can not sleep at all even though im exhausted.
I was wondering if anyone else dealt with this and knows how to feel better. I just cant clear my head. 🙁
