I get so frustrated though with these days , makes people look good saying Lets Have a Mental Health Day but so much more support etc still needs to be done !

Once today is over Mental Health Issues seem to go on the back burner again even though I appreciate we have come along way to what it used to be like , let's hope though bit by bit these days recognizing how bad these issues can affect us does make people more aware and understanding
