Hi Misslaguna, Welcome to the Anxiety forum. I hope we will be able to help you sort out your anxiety. What happened on August 3rd that brought on an anxiety attack? Have you seen a doctor about feeling the way you do? It is important to make sure there isn't anything physical causing this. What did you do on that week off from work to manage it?

Misslaguna, You certainly have your hands full at such a young age. Having a family is a full time job in itself as well as you working. You are certainly not going crazy but are just under so much stress that anxiety is settling in and giving you the shortness of breath and thoughts of passing out. I'm glad you did see a doctor and are healthy. The feelings you are experiencing are coming from breathing too fast which can actually make you short of breath and feel as if you might pass out. You need to start relaxing when you get overwhelmed with life. Find a quiet place (if possible) for 10 min and just collect your thoughts and deep breath away your cares. It will help open up the diaphragm and allow you to get oxygen into your lungs as well as help with that feeling in your head. If something more intense is going on in your life then you may need to seek a therapist. I wish you well my dear. x

Wow, you are one busy lady! It's natural to get over stressed sometimes; perhaps just your body's way of saying you needed a rest. Many people get a short period like this, slow it down for a while, and then are able to go back to their normal state. I'm glad you sought help. You are clearly very capable to have run such a busy household for so long.
