Back pain

So I have this back pain I slouch a lot and always kind of suffered with back pain and I went to a doctor earlier that gave me exercises and all and now my upper back hurts so much and I'm scared my back is gonna break. Like is that even possible when I'm laying down. My brain is making me worry about the most stupid things

I just posted that I can't relax my shoulders, seems very similar to you. Thinking and worrying bout stuff is doing me in. Hope you find something relief. X

My mum said it's probably muscle and it's sore as it's been really windy here yesterday and I was sweating when I went outside just in my shirt
