I was fine... In bed about to fall asleep. I laid my head on my hand and for some reason my head got a bit a painful. My first thought? "Why is it hurting? Is it a tumour?" Wasn't even a horrible pain just small but immediately I got worried but then my logical side of the brain said "stop worrying why would it be a tumour you're gonna get anxiety attack in a minute again" and that's when I felt faint for a second and now I realised how easy it is for us to cause ourselves these symptoms

Agreed. Could be anything but for me sometimes it was that I had my head at a weird angle and my neck caused a pain. I mean, I can't say that for sure but when I changed positions the pain stopped. But yes, a less worrisome person would probably not have given it a second thought. Your statement is definitely true
