Morning i was asleep suddenly woke up frightened accelerated heart. the pulsation in my stomach and throat on the side of the head. second it s passed. I already did 3 ECG and ecorcardiograma all normal. in my mind I have fibromyalgia by the sithoma discomfort in the neck and back with stiffness. the discomfort is much this affects my sleep. Tomorrow will have Endocrinologist the ultrasound of my thyroid nodule found a small 1cm. I do not know if these sithoma is because of the thyroid. will do the biopsy. I hope that does not have anything unusual.

As in does it feel like a heartbeat in your stomach ? I get it around my belly button an you can actually see it moving like beating

Yes I have, usually when laying on my stomach or when I've got anxiety.

It might be your thyroid but probably your anxiety is your making symptoms worse. I wake up with an accelerated heartbeat in the night. Now I know there is nothing wrong with my heart. I just lie on my back and take deep breaths through my nose and out the palpitations slow. Try that .

Yes on my neck head stomach legs it happens on and off. It's uncomfortable feeling but it's all this damn anxiety
