Does anyone ever get a pain in right side of their chest? Comes and goes and sort of burns where it feels tight? The more you think of it the worse it gets?

Oh yes and u are right the more u think of it the more it intensify try doing something to distract yourself.

This might help I find tapping the chest while breathing deep helps and meditation.
