Okay, I am freaking out. I have not had much sleep lately. I have been in constant worry. Not sure how to block out my negative thoughts and think positive.

If you haven't already tried it use a hypnotherapy app to calm your mind. Try it and see, it won't be instant but perceive the and they often help. There are lots of free ones to try. As soon as that negative voice starts whispering at me I tell it to shut up and I immediately look for a positive!!! There really is always one there!! 1. Anxiety app, 2, look for the positives,3, distraction is a must and excercise if possible. It dosnt have to be jogging or anything strenuous just a walk really helps x
Yes i no how you feel, its seems like negative thoughts are taking over, BUT you CAN win if you keep thinking positive thoughts every time a negative thought enter your mind quickly say its satan an immediately think positive
