Hi i can relate to this, anxiety can at times make you very easily annoyed and snappy, silly little things that would not really bother us if we did not feel on edge,i get really annoyed with my hubby,if im having a bad day with anxiety, some days i just want silence around me,but other days i need him there because im feeling scared about how i feel,so he cannot win really,i do find noise can really grate on your nerves, sounds daft but we have a budgie and some days he is just whistling, noise in the background, but other days the budgie drags his bell along the cage floor and it literally puts my nerves on edge,i suppose we cannot control what is going on around us,and we have to accept noise, music ,people around us are just doing what is normal, anxiety heightens the senses and just makes it unbearable sometimes,i think part of accepting and moving through anxiety,is that we must accept normal everyday life around us if you get what i mean.
