Basically had a random panic attack in a 200 person lecture class today ,that was cool ,
I managed to stop myself half way through and force myself to stay , I am getting better at this . Now I feel dizzy and exhausted though

That's awesome. You're learning to control and know that it is nothing to be afraid of! It can be exhausting because your body is technically doing a work out while your sitting down.
Im know you will get better with every passing day in doing this!

Fair play for staying, I'd of ran out of there like a headless chicken bouncing off the walls. I need to work on that
My sister has severe anxiety problems and has recently received a service dog which is been very beneficial to her it seems to know when the attacks are coming on and is able to get her to a safe place without disturbing her veterinary medicine class
