Get yourself on a good no gulten diet, drink plenty of only fresh water and I mean loads. Excercise daily and push yourself sweat and all!! Punch bag, bike ride, swimming etc 30mins hard work everyday. Push yourself throu the symptoms. And most of all stay positive and stop feeling sorry for yourself!!!!

Hi Cutypie16

Sorry to hear you are having a tough time right now and know how it feels. Although anxiety does make you feel like crap and scared all day, the symptoms are completely harmless. It is only excessive adrenalin which puts scary thoughts into your head. Those thoughts are not real, they are not you. It is just anxiety playing tricks on you so please don't fall for it by believing those thoughts. Just let them be there but don't argue with them or try to push them way because this just makes it worse.

If you can find the time, please read my posts about the symptoms and how you can overcome your anxiety. Basically, you have to stop trying to get rid of all the symptoms because this is what keeps you stuck in the anxiety cycle. I know how difficult this may sound right now but if you practice being ok about not feeling ok, this approach will begin to take away alot of the fear which causes the anxiety. Unfortunately, you won't feel any difference right away as it takes time for your mind and body to latch on to this approach but do not be disheartened. with practice, peace will come to you.

Best wishes
