Hi never done this before but thought it might help started suffer with depressing anxity painic attacks allways felt low in confidence self-astem stuggaled to fit in build friendships with people all fill on out side then stared useing drugs made it worses isolated and alone scared all the time jump at any littal thing dont no what to do cant help to fill there no point in life
