I'm just joining this site...I have body symtoms all the time..especially food sticking burping diarrhoea not new to me but very worrying of course I'm very stressed...tried medication for stress but they made me sicker...any help gratefully recieved

Hi beon, sometimes the simplest of things can help!! Try herbal teas!! I myself use green tea, chamomile, lemon and ginger if I'm feeling nauseous and peppermint is also good. If you haven't already tried it use some hypnotherapy apps for anxiety and relaxation. It's worth a try, it won't work instantly but give it a bit of time 😀
