Hello Megan I've got my trusty book out these are panic/anxiety symptoms

Pounding heart

Shortness of breath

Numbness

Sweating

Shaking

Feeling of choking

Chest pain

Nausea/tummy cramps

Feeling dizzy or faint

Out of body or unreal feeling

Hot flushes or shivers

Hope that might be if some comfort that it's just the rotten old anxiety feelings nothing more

Take care remember these feelings are just that and they can't and won't hurt you xx
