Just feeling lonely all the time and I don't know how to make it stop

Just when I think maybe I have some real friends everything goes back to normal and they've left me out of something or ditched me at lunch. It's horrible

Agreed. I used to feel like i had all these friends I could rely on but when the bad times happen, where do they go? Feel so alone with nobody out there to open up to. Just when I think I have found someone to open up to, in a couple of days I see they don't want to hear me rant. I just need someone to rant and open up to. Its so lonely dealing with everything.
