Well, 5 days until my cycle and I'm feeling anxiety like crazy!!! Scary thoughts about not waking up if I go to sleep, something bad happening to me or someone I love, impending doom all over again 🙄 Huuuuuuuuuuh I'm sooooooo tired of this!!!!!! I was literally just fine for a whole month!!! Even went longer without these feelings for the first time in MONTHS! And now they're back again. Why????!!!!

I have the same symptoms.... I was at my worst this past cycle. I had to have my meds upped because I felt like they weren't working anymore. My therapist suggested that I have some blood work done to test my thyroid and also hormone testing. It could be that. I haven't had blood work done yet. I know exactly what you are going through. Just remember you can get through this. Thw only way out is through. Hope you start feeling better.
